Our Mentors

Dr. George and Dr. Hazel Hill

Drs. George and Hazel Hill are the founders of Victory Churches International, a church planting organization in 43 nations around the world. The Victory movement began in 1979, with the Hills planting and pastoring their first church in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada. This soon grew to be one of the largest charismatic churches in Canada at that time.

Victory Churches International is a pioneer, grass roots, apostolic and prophetic movement with a strong church planting heart which is purpose driven. The heartbeat of Victory is Leadership Development, Church Expansion and World Missions. We are dedicated to reach as many people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ as is possible before His return, fulfilling the GREAT commission.

VCI now has multiplied hundreds of churches, colleges, orphanages and schools, as well as other ministries around the world.

Molly Malumi
Worship Director

Being a worship Leader is more than a calling, it is a duty to serve. I have seen the hand of God move through the sounds as I lead the congregation in worship. This is a rare privilege I do not take lightly as it is a moment where we host the presence of the I Am!! It is a duty that is to be done with diligence and a contrite heart. As the Bible said in Isaiah 66 that the Lord will look upon the one with a contrite spirit. This is my life, this is what I live for all the rest of my life. His name be Praised forever.

Natasha Scott
Children’s Director

My Name is Natasha. I have always had a heart for working with children, and serving in children’s church is one of my greatest joys. There’s something truly special about seeing young minds light up as they learn about God’s love, His Word, and His plan for their lives. I believe that the foundation of faith starts early, and it’s a privilege to help plant seeds of truth, kindness, and purpose in the next generation.

Every child is unique, and I love creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment where they can ask questions, grow in their faith, and build lasting friendships. Whether it’s through Bible stories, songs, crafts, or simply listening and encouraging them, I see each moment as an opportunity to reflect Christ’s love.

Teaching children isn’t just something I do—it’s a calling that continues to inspire and shape me as much as it does them.

Norman and Bridgette
Discipleship Pastors

Norman and his wife Bridgette are passionate about guiding others in their spiritual growth and fostering a vibrant discipleship community at ELVC. With a shared heart for mentoring and equipping believers to walk confidently in their faith, they dedicate themselves to nurturing a deeper relationship with Christ.

Norman has served in various capacities in church. He started teaching Sunday school from an early age of 16 when his dedication and passion led to him leading Bible studies. He was active in youth ministry for many years before being asked to lead men’s ministry at his local church. Norman was then called into pastoral ministry in his 30s. He was never afraid of the challenges in ministry. Norman led outreach ministries for many years where he saw salvation, healing and deliverances.

Bridgette grew up in church and has been serving from her teen years. She got married to Norman in 1992 and has 2 girls in their union. Bridgette toured North America and the Caribbean for many years while ministering in a Christian musical production where she discovered her passion to help people be free of religious bondages.

Norman and Bridgette have served in all departments in the church and their knowledge and experiences gives them a unique perspective of the challenges that Christians face. They are committed to helping every believer navigate these challenges using biblical instructions. Norman and Bridgette are both ordained ministers and graduates of the Canadian Bible Training Center.
